Mat Wolf is a finance executive with over 20 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestiures and financings. Mat focuses on financings and cash flow managment for the Solowave portfolio of companies.

Mat was a VP Finance at KPMG Corporate Finance Inc. and led a team of advisors in an office in Southwestern Ontario. Mat completed transactions with both privately held and publicly traded companies. Mat also gained industry experience as the CFO of a start-up software company and the CFO of a North American multi-plant manufacturer and distributor.

Mat is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the Co-op Program at Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration.
